Hate

We blindly try to end hate, sexual and abuse predator’s, with no hope in sight, because we only want to hear one side of a story, research or study. But until we listen to each other we will have no hope at all. Law’s and rights must be looked at as the more law’s we have the less rights we have, but law’s and rights alone are not the answer either. We also need to be able to be responsible for our own actions, in other words we need a law making us all responsible for every risk we take, yet have a right to take a risk. Like making sure you have a backup to any risk you take, like an insurance policy to cover taking that risk, so you don’t become a Burden on anyone for something you chose to do even with another. Civil law isn’t the answer, as it is a revenge action, and revenge isn’t the answer for anyone as it just hurts another for the risk you took. Last we need to get back to being able to tolerate each other and things again.

Just take a look at our insurance companies, they could be a great answer to our problem, as they are the rules we follow. The rules of greed. If they could learn how to insure a risk fairly, so we would need no attorneys involved to get justice, and what is the justice we seek.

We need to go back and research the old thoughts on justice to find out what we want from justice looking at our loved ones and ourselves being punished or whatever. Like we once would rather let ten guilty go free then punish one person. We once wanted only to prevent someone from committing another crime, as crime comes from a need, they can’t get, like food. So the punishment was to teach a lesson like slapping someone's hand, so they don;t do it again. Even hanging was a last solution, to keep someone from hurting another, but only if we can’t come up with another solution. To get that solution we have to know what the need is and why they have that need, because we all don’t have the same needs or controls on our needs, or we will never be able to fix it and more will hang needlessly.

We also have to go by the old answers we once had to find the answers, before we depended on any special interest groups ideas. Science has given us a lot of clues, like body and organ chemistry that cause problems when the organ or body function ends. Like having a pain telling us this place is hurt. Yes, my friend our sense, Our body even produces its own chemistry of drugs that change even our thinking, like some areas can cause anger, we normally wouldn’t have against another, or uncontrollable sexual desire for another, or give us a nasty smell no one else can smell, even on another. These are serous problems caused within our own bodies that can only be cured by being seen by others, who report it to someone who can help. But first you must have a place to report problems, besides a police department.

So we need to listen with an open mind, to each other, no mater how much we hate them, even a supremacist, pedophile, racist, rapist, murder, and hear there side of the reason for the hate they have, and Researchers for studies to learn how much can we expect others to tolerate, control, and the loss of control..

What are the needs most criminals have that leads to crime. The old research proved crime came with a bad economy, poor conditions, and the environment we were in. But we now need research done on our own body's to find out if there is more to the Chemistry and Biology that causes crime. In the old days we compared animals to humans and tried to find a relationship to research from, as a platform. Like why do Buck Deer go into a rut and not human men or do they, and experience the same kind of behavior. Why do does become willing when they enter estresis. Many researchers today suggest women do, and want to see men fight over them, so she can take the winner that has her turned on to bed and if Hubby isn't around, any man there will do. another problem meny see here is what if the man isn't hubby and she needs to blame someone, Who? Or what if she gets pregnant? Who takes the fall. This is how important uncontaminated research is.

What is Justice, long ago we learned revenge was not the answer, so we slowly went to civil law to get a remedy, and corrections, to teach someone behavior, by behavior modification, like a slap on the hand or eye or other tricks, institutionalization for a time or life, or even death, but it is clear that this isn't enough.

Why? Because it cost's a lot to lock people up, and care for them, and care for the people depending on them, who often end up needing government assistance also to survive, then there is a need for a psychiatrist to deal with body organs that cause behavior problems, then there is a need for a neurologist to answer what behavior is caused by there brain chemistry,

Then there is the problem of making sure we have the right person, so we don't punish or evaluate the wrong person. Back when, years ago, they would rather let ten people go free then punish the wrong person, but today it is another story, to many police just want someone to punish, to make there job easier as they see crime as just a job, not an institution depending on accuracy.

We need laws, rights, our own responsibility to take a risk, know how much we should be able to tolerate and judges allowed to have an open mind, hearing the case, and an unwritten law right to make there decision. These are based on laws of the old days, when we wanted a law to take a risk, also needing a law to keep us from becoming responsible for another taking a risk, but we also wanted a right to go west with a wagon train, and a judge who could decide if we were responsible for the risk we took.

The need for The this kind of Mental health agency's is more critical then ever before, but must be staffed by Psychiatrists, to evaluate psychical problems causing behavior problems, Neurologists to deal with behavior problems cause by our brain and body organs, and Psychologist, to help with the beginning interviewing the reported patient, there family and others involved, and sending the results and patent to the psychiatrist and Neurologist, for further evaluation. A place where friends can report a strange behavior, to get help for them, before it leads to jail or prison.

Last police should have this mental agency in every station, to sort out a crime or different behavior problem before it could become a crime and keep our streets free of fear, as we walk along, looking at the beauty surrounding us and visiting with friendly police officers and other new friends they meet on the journey.
