The Constitution of the United States of America, is a published book, explaining that our forefathers, expected us to try to make laws that, did not cause any discrimination; against anyone's God, Liberty our right to take a risk, and made no laws, that would cause discrimination, against anyone. This great book tells us what "for all" meant when our Nation began. As in the beginning of our nation "for all" meant only the rich, and because they amended this with the "Bill of rights" to show us how we are to amend the Constitution, as society changes for the better for all, and the freedom of the slaves is proof of this. Yet we haven't yet caught on to, one main fact, coming out of all this, "Justice for all" means; never make a 'law" that will causes discrimination against "anyone", it didn't mean make a law that only discriminates against some, in fact, this would be an "Unconstitutional law" that all States are to get rid of as society evolves for the better of all. Now if Russia, or any nation, were to take over our nation, and changed the meaning of our flags ideals, it can never change our published book, because of copyright law and would then only be used to remind us of what we lost in the future, causing hate fore those who cause any treason against it, to help keep you contained, as you would not be able to talk about, why our nation was taken from us by our own traitors, because we would be spied on by our own grandpa, grandma, dad, mom, our children, and friends, all spying on each other to get favors from the leaders from Washington DC. to the leaders in our community, where a wife, sister, or girl friend will be expected to have sec with them or die, the end of sexual harassment and all our rights to freedom and Justice for all..

Benny the bunny born so innocent (no fears) into this world, would soon learn, if he lived long enough, many things on the other side of his nest wanted to eat him. The point is he had to face being eaten to learn this, if Ben's mother had the ability to protect him from these things, he would be eaten if anything happened to her, as he would have no idea, many other animals wanted him on there menu for lunch. being able to have the right to take a risk, is how we learn, how easy we can get hurt and what it feels like to get hurt, like if you touch something hot, you get burned and that is how we learn to be responsible for our own actions.

The old testament in the Bible say's "spare the rod, spoil the child," Of course for some reason, I think because of the child abuse laws, it isn't a Christian law, its kinda like touch the fir, get burned, but it is something to think about with all the spoiled adult children attacking and bullying the innocent today everywhere we look. Learning what can hurt us is the greatest gift we can receive because we learn what the consequences of our actions are, and know we can blame no one if we act foolish and end up dead or in trouble, if someone allows us to learn from it, by not letting us blame another for our foolishness. The best way to make sure no one interferes with our learning from our mistakes, is not not want anyone to feel sorry for us, most simply want to use us and our hurt feelings, for there own agenda. I bury my bad or hurt, bones and leave them in the past, they taught me something, so now they earned the right to rest in peace. Now I can go on with my life without hurting every-time I think about it. Life and a friend is to short and important to let it destroy a love you can keep or have back. Only if you can turn back time and repair what happened, can you make things right, it was never meant to happen, each day, we have to begin, as a new day, to improve from what we were yesterday when we buried that old bones.The greatest weapon our enemy has is the ability to get us to want revenge, something that can ruin, everything you have gained in respect through-out your life. Learn to be happy for today and forget the past.

We see the craziness going on around us, and yet seem to think it is just being spoiled naughty boys and girls, without realizing there is so much more involved. Behavior is both learned or caused by a neurological breakdown, from the brain, organ, or the communications system, or path between them, and learned, is a bad behavior we picked up along the way, that is treated with behavior modification or relearning, the behavior, so people can fit in to societies tolerance level, in a positive way. Jails and prisons are an example of the institutions (like hospitals) we send them to for treatment. Every community needs both.

When an organ, brain, or its communication system breaks down, we have to send the sick person, to a doctor trained in this kind of  mental problem that is physical, like a diabetic that has to have the hormone insulin regulated by drugs, or injecting insulin, or the patent will become out of control, slurring there speech, falling, walking in a confused state or go into a coma and die.

To understand the control, that we have, we can observe a person drinking Booze, as they lose control and become,more confused, becoming, silly, rude, clumsy, aggressive, to falling down, and mean. Like drinking we need professionals or doctors trained in these areas, and booze and other drug addict, really have no cure research, or planned cure, most addiction is control by others making sure you don't do something stupid that will get you hurt or keep you from hurting others, and to often, because we blame there getting hurt while doing something dumb, on the other person, so they seldom get treated unless they hurt someone. we can do more by adding neurology and psychiatry to every hospital, so we have a place where friend, family, or police can take them. The psychically mentally ill cannot be expected to treat themselves, be responsibe for the control they don't have.

Sexual Harassment Hypothesis

So what is sexual harassment? Well it is an attempt by leadership, men or women, to get an employee, woman or man to have sex with them by using there leadership power as a tool to force them to allow them to get them in the mood for sex or intimidate them to have sex with them.This if made illegal by a law, would come as a lesser crime then molestation, a lessor crime of rape, with both being a malicious assault.


Sexual Harassment would not be getting molested or raped in a workplace, as both would be separate crimes, requiring tougher punishment. But the crime if drafted into law would be so fragile, or close to being on the line, at the middle ground, between normal enjoyable teasing, to causing extreme sexual, irritating,  kinda painful, feelings from becoming extremely turned on sexually.

Now before we can make something illegal, we need to define the problem that we want to be protected from, like we don't want the turn on feeling we get from a mans hands on our shoulder. labeled as pain, to understand is not a pressure pain that is bothering us, but the lasting unwanted feelings they cause sexually, so that would leave us with making anything that can cause unwanted, irritating, slightly painful, lasting sexual feelings against the law.

The reward called good feelings given when we see, here, feel, or taste, was given to teach us how to treat each other or give us a reward for getting a wife pregnant by a God or Nature. So we must be very careful not to make something wonderful and enjoyable against the law or a painful feeling like being burned, so we understand we are hurt, illegal.

 Next we have to make sure we don't make any innocent feelings that we should have into something taboo, so mentally ill people with a big mouth and sex everywhere on the brain, who seem to be everywhere. don't label babies and children, just because they feel good when mom or dad gives them a bath, causing mom and pop to neglect them, by hating the feeling they did something wrong over something normal.

Straights can't and Gays can't

both to be legal or illegal



For anything to be illegal we need to make sure the law we want is constitutional, or legal to make, as we cannot make something illegal that is a sin, within any religion, that's a Gods law, we can't make something illegal that will cause discrimination against anyone, for any reason, we cannot make anything illegal that we can't enforce on everyone equally, we cannot make something illegal that puts another above the law.

The first thing we have to define what is sexual harassment for men and for women, for gay's and for Straights. But we must obey the laws of our Constitution when we do this.

 Lets begin with Touch as above:

I enjoy being touched or even being close when working with others, and enjoy a hand on my shoulder sending a rewarding feeling for a job well done, and even getting a hug even from a stranger to show how much I am appreciated, for most people these feelings are different then something sexual. Now that could be because, I am a man and feel these feelings different then a woman would. But as a man, I don't want a man or woman grabbing my ass or ball's,
perhaps, I would feel differently if I were Gay or a woman. But you will need an opinion from someone Gay or a woman, to get that answer.

But I don't want a woman turning me on if I don't have one around to take care of that irritating, slightly painful urgent erection that won't go away without masturbation or sexual intercourse. If you are a woman, and don't want to keep snuggling up with me or don't want me to touch you, when your snuggling up to me for whatever your intentions are back off or just plain don't do it, it makes me think your a hooker or gold digger, making a play for my money, don't do it. I don't care if your a woman drunk, out in public, don't cling all over me slobbering, slurring, rubbing you hot body all over me, it's disgusting, why get me all worked up when you know if I had sex with you, I could be accused of rape. When in Korea in 1963 we had hookers who sat in a bar at a table next to us men and would rub our leg, slowly moving up until the got our organ in there hand, knowing we now to week to refuse paying them for some sex. But pretend I am a police officer before you think about doing this to me, today.

Now lets go to seeing: 

This is a tough one to explain because, we are a species that see's everything differently, especially between men and women. So decide what you want to see others wearing, or show of yourself or what will cause other men and women to feel uncomfortable seeing, because of those lasting unwanted sexual irritating turn on feelings men and women get differently.

Now, don't put your butt on a plate with your legs spread apart with clothing giving a look-a-like of you sex organs advertising what you have to offer if it isn't being offered to me. Put it away for the one you want to have it, or pose in a magazine for other men  want to be teased by it, for whatever reason.






  I remember when so many were against how women dressed in the old days, so maybe they were right and we need to explore what would be appropriate for men and women to ware, based on the unwanted lasting turn on feelings we don't want in the workplace.


I think we have seen these walking down the street, normal today, or even men walking or standing, with a hand holding the look alike penis in there pant's, with there hand. If you wish to hide it from me, thanks, I don't want to see something that disgusting.

Men and women fear research so much by neurologists or psychiatrists that show there weaknesses, and will demand it all be censured (like Bill Clinton did on Child sexual abuse) if possible to avoid embarrassment, yet to be equal we need this research for our children's sake. For example; Children learn from adults within a society, but not if adults don't want to learn, your brain can't arrive at a fact if it has nothing to consider, from imput. In the military, leaders all know, you cannot defeat an enemy, if you don't know, all you can know, about there enemy.

On the other hand a child cannot learn without there urges provided by the brain chemistry or what some call, the call of the wild or nature. The urges cause experimentation by children, they need to learn how to control as they grow up, without interference, by adults, who will cause them to fear or see sex as discussing. God or nature made them ready psychically, at puberty, we fail if we haven't gotten them ready mentally also at puberty. So unless we want to surgically remove the Chemistry in the brain, we cannot make laws to punish someone for the brains indigestion burps or whats normal having control over us. by watching someone getting drunk we can see how chemistry controls our behavior and how little control we have over our behavior and how easily we can lose control and be used or do something we wouldn't normally do.

Our brain can tell you what something is by just seeing a few letters or part of an image. and that is why sometimes we see the wrong word or words and get the wrong meaning. We call these tricks of the brain, brain teasers

Most things in an ink blot, with a V seen by a man seems to be showing or implying a soft pelvic, an upside down V, seems to implies a vagina and legs or camel toe look in a mans brain, far worse if it has been awhile sense he had sex, that's why men say they need to clean the pipes when he needs sex, its the buildup of sexual fluids, like semen, lubrication fluids, filling the ducks connected to the prostate where they empty into, and ejaculated of the penis, that cause these urges, just like the need to pee, and half covered camel-toes magnifies what could be under it, making that area far more interesting then the entire body and of course an instant turn on, as it leaves the brain in confusion, interpreting just how wonderful it will make the body feel during intercourse, and giving the man an annoying irritating pain he cannot get rid of until he can be alone for awhile, until then he is stuck walking around with an erection, he did not want, causing him to consider doing things he would never normally do. 

Our brain interprets messages that could be from a woman sending it to another man or woman, without her knowing she is sending it to everyone interested in whats being offered. Be careful who you are encouraging to have sex with you, no one wants to turned on by someone who don't want them.No man wants to be a victim of a tease.

Behavior is a problem being solved everyday, as we learn more and more about the Chemistry in our brain and find ways to level the balance of chemistry, within our brain, with drugs, being developed constantly, and as we teach the public, that it takes more then behavior modification, to treat mental disorders, and the hormones like insulin developed by organs like the pancreas that control our behavior. But the amount needed changes with age or disease, where there level becomes to much, or not enough, so we lose control, and start acting weird. That's mental illness. Our mistake was getting rid of the mental institutions, that once treated the mentally ill, with problems caused by low or high, levels of hormones, because we were led to believe behavior, was just being spoiled, and used to get out of jail free. a propaganda tool that was used to get rid of our mental hospitals and why we have so many untreated running around causing trouble.  Our understanding of mental illness is changing as we talk about it more today,and seeing so many mentally ill not being treated walking the streets or on the job, causing problems with other people in society or on the job, so we will be getting back hospitals to treat these people and to learn more about our sexual side of health as research improves..

How can a little lamb save us

LITTLE LAMB LED TO SLAUGHTER

Some people will never understand the meaning of being saved, by the little lamb,being led to slaughter, Who had to carry his own cross, to where he would be slaughtered, verses, in the Christian Bible (The New Testament) yet it is so simple.. He tried to tell us how to become as a little Lamb led to slaughter by the stories he told, but so many didn't listen, they didn't want to know, because if they knew, they would have to be used and abused, by everyone, to get to Paradise, it wouldn't be so appealing. In reality a Christian, is to see everyone as if they they are seeing Jesus and treat everyone as they would treat Jesus. The Old, New Testaments, were nothing more then a Promise, that if you behave as a good caring person, as if they are all, Jesus or God, they would be rewarded when all things (Your life) ends.

There is no, paradise created for any Christian before they die, no being made rich, if you do good. and false teachers, preachers, and tricksters of the Anti Christ, who would never say die for the word's of Jesus, or his promise's, use these same Verses to get us to believe they would never like what they would have to do, to become, a little lamb led to slaughter.  That was all a part of Gods plan, as he wants only the good living in his Paradise, to find the good and bad, he has to have a way to expose them to everyone, so he used his Angle, the devil, to trick the bad to the entire world by making them believe it's OK to be bad, sometimes or always. They are the ones who look like evil beasts, treating others like they are servants, wild animals, or meaty flesh, to be devoured at will, all they want is more and more and more, never ever enough. They take everything as if they own it, you see them, everywhere, so do the meek, the little light on a mountain, and so they can avoid them.

There are so may stories, even today, that show what is expected of us, like dying for your country, is a little lamb dying for a mass of people. Another story is the family dying of starvation, no food to be found anywhere and the little lamb appears and says, lead me to the slaughter and feast, the feast of the lamb, the little lamb says; I am yours, hungry eat me, I will die for you, you can use me in any way and I won't hate you, I will never hurt you, never tell on you, I am a little lamb, feel the peace if we all felt this way. We would become as a gift to all around us, and all those around us world become as a gift to us, to ask for, as we please and not be hated for it.

The reason people don't hear his message is, they don't want to become a nice person forgiving, and forgetting, so they imagine, he died on the cross, so we would never have to become a little lamb, led to slaughter. This is the he devils, or Satan's lie, The Bible says " become as a little lamb being led to slaughter, so there it is my friend, there is no easy way, there never was one promised, except by the Devil, Satan, to trick you into come out from hiding, at least until, we are allowed to enter heaven, our reward, for good behavior.

Christian means; A Little lamb being led to slaughter, carrying his own cross.

To have life you must have food, to have food you must have life, to have both you must breed. These are the three main ingredients of life.eat, breed and be eaten.

     Everything on earth can be eaten, by something else that's on earth. that's my basic law of biology thinking. To make sure this happens quickly over and over, fast enough to keep the cycle going we have rewards for meeting someone that makes us feel good all over, makes us feel urges to get more of these wonderful feeling, reward for getting pregnant or getting someone pregnant and in a tamed civilized world with people filled with these natural instincts, males and females end up many times in trouble.

      There are two main rewards, the first is it feels good, or a turn on. It is this that starts the process for both parties involved and most times misunderstood by both, "shes making me feel good so she must want me", or "he's making me feel good so he must like me". A man is primed to look for someone desperately in need of sex, something that can be misunderstand easily, a duty demanded of him by nature, seek out those needing sex and make them happy. To make sure he does his job he learns by what she does to turn him on, again it causes major misunderstanding, all about what "I want you" means, but again these signals can be misleading as women behave differently because they are programed to tease to turn on all the men so she can get the one she wants, in the wild they get males to fight, it makes her feel good seeing them compete for her, but in the human world the male can think he has won and ends up with rape charges. That's just human, to the victor goes the spoils, something that rings around the world, understood by both men and women in an unspoiled world, but often challenged in a spoiled world as messages between humans in a spoiled world of ten get mixed up, most often because we scratch each others back and see it as gross. The reason is the same, Nations fall because no one wants to fight and the spoiled spend more time fighting each other then being ready for the enemy..
       The second reward is the wonderful orgasm, The most powerful  urge to have sex to get pregnant.
       From plants pollinating by bee's, to birds breeding on the fly, to fish spreading eggs in the lakes and the male ejaculating sperm over them, most things have a reward to get us to do what we normally wouldn't do because nature can't depend on us to fill the world.
       Humans have to be careful not to prosecute people doing what is normal, because we are dealing with very powerful urgent reward system, far worse for the younger then the older to deal with..

I call this kind of research extreme orgasmic research, as it is a research no one wants to win, because though we have discrimination that we went to end, we also have discrimination under hidden agenda's, that we would have to make discussions on like; Anything that would cause an explosive organism is a trigger that once is set off will never be stopped, mostly because no one wants to stop it, so this condition causes a raping by only those causing it to happen. For example; Censorship, no one wants censorship of there past ever. This did happen to the Vietnam Vets, there entire history of what really happened was erased, sanitized, they call it. the problem with sanitizing is an entire race's history can be erased by tricking them into getting rid of books, statutes, and other reminders of it, by people acting like friendlies, who are the enemy. We want to remember those who hurt us as well as those who helped us. Never let the future forget, ever.

Are we ready to get rid of illegal laws that cause discrimination, or get rid laws that cause criminal's to be discriminated against. Many words like the N word began as a hate word that was promoted by propaganda into having a brain washing effect, causing the word to feel slimy and nasty all over, these words, cigarettes, rapists, pedophiles, are words we create to cause others to hate them, no different then words we were forced to learn about our enemy, Like Jap, gook, to help us feel superior to them as though they are less then animals even women and children, like the men are seen as less then a nice piece of meat with men smelling rotten and useless and then society wonder's why Troops came home thinking women and children we like animals of burden, nothing more and having no one to deprograms the men, causing them to be monsters created by society as a whole.

Deprogramming America has to begin with the Constitution; something we ignored far to long and needs to make it more clear that we do not wish to discriminate against anyone, with the exception of war if we wish to discriminate during a war. But make it clear, next add "make no law nor allow any law that will cause discrimination against anyone," that should have been done long ago, but who knew people would think we would need a law to keep people from making laws that cause discrimination when it clearly says "freedom and justice for all." Last; we must enforce the US Constitution on everyone with no one above it's power.

Just One kind of discrimination that we allow, will give legitimacy to allowing others to explode into full fledged hate. It all has got to end and end forever.

HOW TO QUIT BAD HABITS

I was a drunk for many years in the military before I became a tobacco user and turned into a mean destructive drunk. After learning my Liver was about gone I decided to quit drinking and did. But I had the biggest problem trying to quit chewing tobbacco, then I got colon cancer and right after surgery as I was being taken to my room, I overheard a surgeon telling another surgeon chewers and smokers seldom are strong enough to quit. Most who do even after cancer start back up. This gave me a challenge, the same as someone telling me "you can't do it" so I did.

The secret for a psychologist is to give the patient a will or challenge to work for. They spend to much time with the wrong kind of support, as what they all need is a good reason to quit. They have to want to quit in order to quit. Using pictures of smokers with tubes coming out of them isn't going to work or there getting cancer. I quit because I had to prove to this surgeon that he was wrong.

It is really reverse psychology, like getting someone to do something they normally wouldn't do by saying you can't do it, in fact nobody can, unless you are gifted with will power, and you know a rare tough breed..

I still after all those years have an urge to take a drink or chew, but I keep winning as I prove I am the master. I always loved a challenge and have a secret winning urge, a need to be the best. We just need a challenger, a real prick, or a pretty woman or women to make it worth the fight.

BLAME THE RICH

Both Republicans and Democrats blame the rich for all there woe's, but is it really there fault?

Listen my friends, we the People did most of it ourselves, to ourselves, as the old adage goes, you cut your own throat. During the end of the Vietnam war and after the people got lazy, no longer wanting to support the war effort and became drug abusers, against the war but even more, little girls rebelled and demanded the right to have sex with the older men, with make love not war, or flower power and the men fighting that war  became targets of these selfish people, with the hardest blow the ending of the draft making the deserters the hero's of that war. Then society wonders why so many Veterans of that war went nuts or became mentally ill. The biggest problem  was many in the military were against the war and supported what was going on, right under the combat vets nose.

This was just the beginning of it all. We allowed the Congress and the Senate to give our power, by we the people, through our Congress and Senate over to the President allowing him as our new commander in chief to go to war and made him a top general. Now neither the Senate or Congress made themselves leaders, they just started calling themselves leaders and we allowed them to do it, so now they think they are no longer our servants.

Now, we felt so sorry for those public servants that we got rid of one of our check and balances that kept their pay the same as the middle lower class. But we felt so sorry for them that we allowed them to keep giving themselves pay raises until the were among the rich with a retirement pension after serving two years. So it is your fault they are the rich, and they need no lobbying from the upper class, they just do it now for themselves.

OBAMAC-CARE vs VA CARE (CON)

The political con man is an expert at twisting the truth; For example: from the 1970 s Republicans began a campaign to get rid of the VA, by cutting funding, claiming they wouldn't cut needed things, but they did cut things they needed, causing the VA problems, by giving bad service, because of the cuts, making the VA look bad.

I became a part of the VA system in 1970, and nothing was as nice as the VA at that time, they even represented the Veteran by filing a claim, although I used the DAV. they had a fancy restaurant, with excellent food, and when the Democrats were in office ran smoothly and well funded, but not so with Republican admin.

The Bait; To cut the deficit, yet every year the deficit was cut they gave themselves huge pay raises, changed there official name from Servant to Leader, gave themselves a very nice retirement plan. When the Democrats were in office the debt was paid off, Republican always used it to fund there projects and put us in debt again, back and forth until Bush. During his administration a lot  of people seemed to get hired into high positions in the VA and strange things started to happen, like the "hit list."

I was one of those with cancer who sued over this, hoping to get something done, but they were to powerful and it still is bad. I believe Republicans in office hired people at the top to sabotage everything they could to make the VA look bad and I believe they are still in control and even changing records, at the VA hospitals and the republicans used the problems they caused to the VA as an excuse in there campaign to get rid of Obama Care.

But Like Obama care the VA could have been improved if the Law enforcement was allowed to go undercover and investigate what was going on and forced to fix it. They both could have been fixed and as bad as the VA was I don't think any Vet who really fought in a war really wants to get rid of it, because it is better then no insurance or be at the mercy of a crooked insurance company that has to be regulated to protect it's customers from there greed. We got rid of the agency's that investigated them, so even the regulations were ignored.

A quick look at the insurance industry that Trump wants to deregulate, now remember this is under the Obama regulated insurance, and republicans say its over regulated. a few years ago my son had a kidney and pancreas transplant, at first all went well, a few months latter they rejected his body, so they took him back to the University and found the insurance company changed his regular rejection drug to a generic. The doctors were very upset at the insurance companies right to do this to save money. now about a three months ago our son started acting crazy like attacking people and slurring slurring his speech. It was the sign of rejection of his kidney and pancreas, we could not understand why he was acting like this and began avoiding him, during his blood test they found out his transplants were rejecting his body again, and checking it out found the insurance company had changed him back to a generic drug, saying he shouldn't need that drug any longer. What power over life these insurance companies have. I have seen this many times by others in our family, so that's how common it is.

 Our son in law had a hip replacement the hospital did and the insurance company backed out and tried to stick the family with the cost, but the hospital signed a paper saying it would be paid by the insurance company, so they have this hug bill hanging over there heads while the insurance companies and hospital fight it out, with both now trying to get the family to pay.

A grandson has a cyst over a tooth that at first was so bad that they referred him to a specialist to find out what to do with it, because they were afraid if it burst the poison would go straight to the brain killing him, the insurance company refused to pay for the visit, so they went back to there doctor, now it looks like cancer, so are doing tests, no child should have to endure this because of an insurance company. It isn't Obama Care because it has a law to prevent this, that could have been improved to make sure this couldn't happen. But the Republicans serve the insurance companies not the people, so protect the insurance companies. That's the real reason they didn't support Obama Care. People over the years forgot the Republicans, are in office to support business or protect Insurance companies regulations. That is why they are called Conservatives.

A Con-Artist always creates a problem and offers a solution allows them to do something, make or get rid of regulations or law's they want, that may hurt everyone.

Not all scam's are illegal; Many use the laws like for bankruptcy to scam people and businesses by borrowing and borrowing until they can't anymore then going bankrupt, and starting the cycle all over again, I think they are aloud to do this six (6) times in a life time. These are simply legalized Con-artists. I can see everyone having a right to go bankrupt once, but no more then that, as to many people get hurt by this. So thank the Conservatives for this legal right to con the innocent.
